What is Frame 01, exactly?
Frame 01 is the first keyboard from FOCUS — a premium mechanical keyboard built in a small production run, with a strong focus on materials, typing feel, and build quality.
Why is the price $375?
Frame 01 is a limited small-batch product made with premium materials and careful attention to detail. The price reflects the build quality, finishing, design, quality control, and the overall product experience.
Why is it limited to 100 units?
This first drop is intentionally limited to 100 units to keep production controlled and maintain a high quality standard for every keyboard. This is not mass production.
Will there be a restock after this drop?
No — there is no restock planned for this Frame 01 drop. Once the 100 units are reserved, production begins.
Is Frame 01 compatible with Windows and Mac?
Yes, Frame 01 is fully compatible with Windows and macOS.
Will the wood look exactly the same as in the photos?
It will be very close, but slight variations are normal. Wood is a natural material, so each unit may have small differences in grain and tone. That is part of what makes each keyboard unique.
Are taxes, duties, or extra shipping fees included?

Can I get a refund?
Yes. During the pre-order phase, you can request a refund at any time. After you receive your keyboard, you have 15 days to request a return/refund.

Frame 01 includes a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If your keyboard arrives damaged or has a problem, contact us as soon as you receive it with photos of the package and product — we'll reply quickly and help you with a solution.
